EACH NEW LIFE is special and there is nothing more important than receiving our name in front of family and friends. For those who do not want a religious ceremony, I can work with you to create a naming ceremony for your baby that can incorporate traditional rituals and include the commitment of guardians or simply focus on naming and celebration.

I also deliver ceremonies for anyone who is changing their name to affirm their gender and/or identity. In this situation, I would be delighted to work with you to create a ceremony that honours all aspects of your identity and that will unite your family and friends in celebration of your chosen name.

I would be honoured to work with you to celebrate the adoption of a young person into your family. I can collaborate with you in designing rituals for the ceremony which will symbolise the encompassing joy of extending and enriching your lives together.

Naming ceremonies can be held wherever you want them to be; in your home, garden, community centre, stately home, castle, or outdoors. You can choose where you want to hold this event. ¶
